videocacheview filters out all the flv files and other flash based content from your cached away temporary internet files and shows them in a neat detailed array...from where you can afford to paste them to your permanent harddrive for offline viewing...
so all you have to do ...
is look up your flv vid
let it stream...remember streaming is downloading...but in a volatile location
run videocacheview
select and paste it to your harddrive.
